How It Works
1. Download and Sign In
Your team member downloads the Desktop app and signs in with their workspace credentials. Takes 30 seconds.
2. Guided Onboarding
The app walks them through a 14-scene journey. It finds their existing AI tools, explains what Runwork adds, and lets them choose what to set up. No technical knowledge needed.
3. Tools Detected and Configured
The app scans their machine for Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and other supported tools. It configures each one with your team's shared skills, MCP servers, and workspace settings.
4. Connected and Syncing
Once onboarding is done, the app runs in the background. It keeps their AI tools in sync with the team workspace. When someone on the team creates a new skill or connects a new integration, it flows to everyone automatically.
5. Hub Dashboard
The hub shows their tools, shared skills, team integrations, workflows, and a live activity feed. Everything they need to work with AI, in one place.
