Yes! The Free plan is free forever with 2 apps, 1,000 data rows, and 200 AI actions per month. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
What are AI actions?
AI actions are used when you generate or modify apps, create automations, or use AI agents. Each plan includes generous monthly limits (200 to 150,000) that reset every billing cycle. Most users stay well within their limits.
What happens when I hit my limits?
We'll notify you before you hit any limits. You can upgrade anytime, and your data is never at risk. For AI actions, you can purchase additional capacity or upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I add more seats to my plan?
Yes! Additional seats are $29/month on any paid plan. Your included seats depend on your tier: Solo (1), Startup (3), Growth (15), or Scale (50).
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Growth and Scale customers.
Is my data safe?
Security is foundational to Runwork. We use encryption at rest and in transit, run on Cloudflare's enterprise infrastructure, and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance (Scale plan).
